Our Objectives

The goal of the Women-LED program is to strengthen the participation of vulnerable and marginalized women in Sri Lanka's Micro and Small Business (MSB) sector. Through this program we aim to: ​​

  • Enhance the skills and abilities of emerging women entrepreneurs to build, sustain, and grow their businesses.

  • Enable women-owned businesses to develop and adapt to evolving market conditions.
